Role summary

The QA Expert will be in charge of conceptualizing, executing, and constantly optimizing the organization’s standards oversight operational structures to guarantee all garments meet premium guidelines, client requirements, and international adherence qualifications. This position is central to safeguarding corporate identity reputation by enforcing quality regulates from unedited material intake through to concluding product release, submitting application identified guidelines which includes ISO 9001 and AQL, and pushing an environment that fosters defect prevention and ongoing development.

In-Process Quality assurance:

• Carry out in-line, mid-line, and end-line inspections during cutting, stitching, and finishing stages.
• Benchmark work-in-advancement against authorized samples, patterns, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to settle concerns swiftly and prevent defective bulk result.

Qualifications Credentials:

• Bsc or certification in Textile Tech, Garment Production operations, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years excellent quality regulate/guarantee expertise in garment production operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a top level Quality assurance position.
• Qualifications in Six Sigma, Lean Production operations, or ISO Standards oversight Operational structures preferred.
• Established history in reducing defect rates and optimizing quality uniformity.

Competencies & Skills:

• Solid understanding of garment building, manufacturing workflows, and QA methods.
• Competence in AQL assessment methods and ISO 9001 guidelines.
• Exceptional meticulousness, logical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Clear expression and partnership abilities to shape generation teams.
• Capability to operate under pressure and meet rigid generation due dates.
• Understanding with Enterprise platform planning or generation management operational structures for quality tracking (advantage).
