Job Description

Ensure the School’s facilities management procedures are in line with Health, Safety, and Ecological qualifications.
Carry out regular check of all facilities and structure to ascertain their state and operating terms.
Supervise the synchronization of the initiatives of servicing & maintenance employees (piping technicians, electricians, carpenters, etc.)
Guarantee promptness and adequate repairs and servicing & maintenance of all faulty tools and facilities.
Oversee the implementation of all standard procedure servicing & maintenance, renovations, refurbishment, and building projects.
Preserve a uninterrupted stock of all utility solutions, in particular, electricity production and adequate water stock to the School.
Oversee energy effectiveness and cost-performance.
Coordinate with the Procurement and Stores Management operation to guarantee necessary items are acquired and procured promptly.
Organizing for the future by predicting the facility’s upcoming needs and Qualifications.
Organize a preventive servicing & maintenance timetable for all tools and comply firmly to the timetable
Proactively start and sustain trusted partnerships with all utility vendors
Make sure that all employees follow the school’s rules regarding the use of its facilities.

Academic qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least five (5) years related experience, of which a minimum of two (2) must possess been at a supervisory capacity.
Clear articulation and people skills, which includes the capability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, and vendors
Certifications in workplace safety and wellness development.
