Job Description

We are looking for passionate and outcomes-driven Sales Colleagues to join our growing team.
The Retail assistant will be in charge of supporting and closing sales our range of solutions (cleaning and pest regulate) in addition to cleaning chemicals and hygiene goods.
The preferred candidate will build robust customer connections, accomplish revenue goals, and support to the entire growth of the business.

Recognize, certify, and secure new commercial opportunities for cleaning solutions, pest regulate solutions, and cleaning chemical goods.
Formulate and preserve solid connections with current customers to guarantee repeat business and client fulfillment.
Carry out market analysis to recognize promise clients and commercial opportunities.
Show and show organisation solutions and goods to potential customers.
Organize and supply quotations, proposals, and agreements in line with organisation guidelines.
Accomplish every month and every quarter revenue goals.
Work alongside the processes team to guarantee smooth service dispatch.
Preserve precise records of customer engagements, sales initiatives, and pipeline in the CRM system.
Stay informed on market trends, rivals, and market progress updates.

Demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, or customer servicing (ideally in cleaning, pest regulate, or FMCG/chemical sales).
Clear expression, bargain, and people skills.
Objective-oriented and self-driven with a track document of delivering revenue goals.
Capability to operate independently in addition to member of a cross-functional team.
Basic expertise in cleaning solutions, pest regulate, or chemical goods (development will be offered).
Competence in MS Workspace and CRM software is a plus.
Valid pushing permit is desirable.
