Job position

  • Delivers organizational approach and assets for flight processes department (Flight, Inflight, Process oversight Center, Development, Crew Assets, and Crew Planning)
  • Directs during the formation of creative modifications to ongoing procedures and methods, leveraging tech and automatic control to transform how flight processes works
  • Repeatedly concludes assessments on the appropriateness, adequacy, and performance of rules and standardized processes
  • Delivers necessary assist for the organization’s Safety Management System, Internal Assessment and Safety Audit Programs
  • Make sure that all flight processes meet or exceed the standard necessary by the NCAA, GAA and any additional guidelines established by other governing bodies
  • Assessments flight plans, flight crew offer sheet, crew plans, federal rules, agreement offerings, and organisation rules
  • Establishes a system for oversight of the process to guarantee compliance to flight safety guidelines
  • Ensures the generation and adjustment of documented guides, flight process, flight crew, dispatch, flight attendants, and development documents
  • Make sure that official qualifications for preserving the AOC are fulfilled
  • Make sure that the sufficient flight crew, dispatch, flight attendants, and development employees are accessible for the intended processes
  • Fulfills the role of chief flight processes delegate and communication link with compliance-related, industry and other applicable external entities
  • Executes other obligations as allocated to assist the productive processes.

Credentials

  • Bsc necessary; postgraduate degree preferred
  • At least 5 years’ expertise as Commander in business-related air transport processes of large aircraft
  • 15 or more years of executive expertise at a high level in the business-related airline industry
  • Aviator-In-Command Parts 135 & 121 firmly wanted
  • Hold an ATP Permit acceptable to the NCAA
  • Total of more than 8000 total flying hours
  • Must have an airline transport aviator certification with suitable type ratings
  • High level of competence in Office productivity software, which includes Excel, Word, PowerPoint; online-enabled programs and a variety of email/calendar operational structures.
