About the Position

We are looking for an skilled and initiative-driven Client support Manager to head our client support processes and lead fulfillment and commitment. The preferred candidate will bring executive guidance, plan, and creative invention to guarantee every client touch point reflects our values and dedication to superiority.

Primary duties

• Formulate and execute efficient client support plans and methods that improve client fulfillment and retention.
• Head, oversee, and motivate a team of client support experts, making sure strong results through mentoring, response, and training.
• Work alongside cross-operationally with sales, technical, and cross operational teams to settle client concerns and service issues productively.
• Track and evaluate client response, conduct, and practices to proactively elevate support dispatch.
• Set and oversee client support KPIs, dashboards, and effectiveness documentation to mentor strategic judgment.
• Advocate a client-first culture across all touch points.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of post-certification expertise in client support within sustainable energy organisation, ideally in solar energy sector.
• Fluency in Igbo or Hausa language is a plus.
• Verified ability to leadhigh-executing client support teams.
• Solid understanding of client support procedures, CRM resources, PAYGO operational structures, and emerging service technical solutions.
• Exceptional information exchange, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to operate under pressure and oversee contesting key focuses.
