About the Position
To offer IT assistance, supervising, and business management for the CI-Hub structure that powers instantaneous payments in Nigeria and across Africa. The position ensures system uptime, reliability, guard, and effectiveness of CI-Hub solutions, operating closely with internal teams, associates, and customers to supply smooth and secure payment network access.
Consolidation & Tech Assist:
- Assist consolidation of APIs, middleware, modular, independently deployable services, and third-party solutions into CI-Hub.
- Work alongside initiative architects and developers to execute and test new capabilities.
- Use tracking software and data records to optimise system effectiveness and settle bottlenecks.
Guard & Adherence:
- Verify that every processes adhere with guard, information security, and industry guidelines (e.g., PCI-DSS, NDPR, GDPR).
- Track and address guard warnings, vulnerabilities, and risks within CI-Hub operational structures.
- Engage in disaster recovery and business continuity tests.
Participant & Vendor Assist:
- Offer second-level IT assistance to internal teams, clients, and associates.
- Collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and service vendors to settle system concerns or optimise effectiveness.
- Assist orientation and consolidation of new customers into CI-Hub.
Ongoing development:
Support to ongoing development programs to improve the effectiveness and performance of IT assistance and engineering methods. Coordinate uninterrupted dispatch procedures to guarantee code modifications are automatically readied for deploying to generation.
Education / Expertise
- Bsc in Computer Science, Information Tech, Engineering, or associated discipline.
- 3–5 years of expertise in IT processes, operational structures management, or IT assistance.
- Expertise in financial solutions, financial technology, or telecom processes preferred.
- Qualifications in ITIL, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Guard, or Consolidation technical solutions are a desirable asset.
