Position Explanation

The Procurement specialist will execute technical obligations connected with the buying of inventory, and tools in accordance with established organisation rules and standardized processes, to guarantee the prompt and cost-efficient stock of right quality goods and solutions to the company.

Duties

• Accelerate procurement methods by planning material needs, making sure prompt receipt of materials
• Recognizing stock items for standardized ordering standardized processes
• evaluate and authorize extensions to current order
• supervising orders to guarantee on-time completion 
• commencing and permitting corrective actions on overdue orders
• Discusses terms with suppliers and sustains good communications with key suppliers.
• Arranges and assessments documentation on outstanding unprocessed items.
• Execute all other associated obligations as necessary.
