Role summary

The Store officer will track, track and documentation on organisation’s stock levels. You will be in charge of conceptualizing stock tracking operational structures, analyzing levels of inventory, ordering new materials, and executing a routine evaluation.

Duties

• Design and execute an stock tracking system to enhance stock regulate standardized processes.
• Examine the levels of inventory and unedited material to decide shortages.
• Record routine supplies and shipments to modify stock.
• Organize thorough documentation on stock processes, inventory levels, and modifications.
• Assess new stock to guarantee it’s prepared for shipment.
• Execute routine evaluation to forecast possibility stock challenges.
• Order new inventory to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus.
• Evaluate different suppliers to acquire the best cost-efficient agreements.
• Hire and educate new employees.
