Role summary

We are seeking an skilled procurement manager to join our Lekki team

Duties

• Monitoring and directing all initiatives of the buying department.
• Getting ready strategies for the buy of cake generation inventory.
• Following and enforcing the organization's procurement rules and standardized processes.
• Analyzing, comparing, analysing, and authorizing goods and solutions to be bought.
• Coordinating inventories and preserving precise buy and pricing records.
• Preserving and updating supplier information which includes credentials, dispatch times, and product ranges.
• Preserving good supplier relations and discussing terms agreements.
• Conducting analysis and analyzing potential suppliers.
• Getting ready financial plans, cost evaluation, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bsc with a minimum of 2 years of work expertise.
• Applicant required location or around Lekki
• Pay close attention to description
• Sound expertise in procurement methods and inventory management
• Must be capable to use Excel spreadsheet software or Google Sheets
• Clear expression, executive guidance and collaborative ability.
• Capacity to execute your obligations diligently, especially during stressful conditions.
• Must be capable to operate on some Sundays and Public holidays.
• Work from the workspace 23 days a month
• Should be committed to work with the organization long-term.
