Position Overview

We are looking for devoted and skilled Chefs to supervise routine kitchen processes in our food outlets at Yaba and Oniru. The preferred candidate will possess robust culinary competencies, executive guidance abilities, and the capability to guarantee premium quality food project setup and service.

Work tasks

• Oversee and oversee kitchen employees, making sure compliance to recipes, portion sizes, and visual communication guidelines.
• Implement food project setup and cooking methods, preserving high guidelines of hygiene and safety.
• Help in menu organizing and development based on client response from your site
• Oversee and track stock of generate inventory, which includes ordering inventory and minimizing waste/B&D.
• Ensure kitchen tools is properly preserved and in good operating requirement.
• Preserve a clean and structured kitchen environment, adhering with workplace safety and wellness rules.
• This comprises making sure high guidelines of personal and PPE hygiene of themselves and other kitchen/cleaning employees
• Ensure precise receiving and cooking parameters (receiving and cooking temperature and quality & quantity verification) are was aligned with.
• Verify that every stock records are kept current by close of business routine.
• Oversee all employees at your site allocated to guarantee efficient day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate with store associate to allocate cleaning duties to everyone which includes yourself
• Educate and train entry-level kitchen employees, nurturing a positive and productive work atmosphere.

Additional Information:

• Work hours for each day will be from 7:30 am - 6 pm
• You will be necessary to operate 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
• You would be anticipated to offer assistance when we possess events; these events can fall on weekdays and even on weekends.

Other Qualifications:

Capability to operate any time, which includes weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and execute physically challenging duty.

Payment will be made every month and reliant on the number of days performed Effectiveness will decide resumed job.
