Be in charge of the process of merchant obtaining businesses centered on POS terminals, oversee the full scope of lifecycle of merchants from orientation, and team up with product Research & development, promotion and other departments to solve challenges and enhance the merchant expertise. Take charge of the process of various payment goods for merchants. Establish an efficient data evaluation mechanism for merchant processes, organize assets to solve challenges based on market findings, and constantly develop and enhance business plans. Concentration on business expenses and perks, enhance asset distribution, formulate business SOPs (Standard Operating Standardized processes), track, evaluate and iterate plans to enhance effectiveness and reduce expenses. Collect industry and market information, recognize merchant needs, transform them into business plans or link with goods, convert them into product qualifications, and encourage creativity to enhance effectiveness.

Role expectations

• Bsc or above, with more than 3-5 years of expertise in POS terminal or merchant obtaining organizational processes.
• Have business strategic insight, in addition to the capability to evaluate and recognize merchant needs. Possess a complete comprehension of merchant needs, design business strategies based on business targets and merchant characteristics, and execute them to attain outcomes.
• Possess good information handling and project coordination capabilities, in addition to mature expertise in SOP design, and be capable to advance the establishment and optimization of the product process system.
• Possess more than 2 years of operating expertise in core plan roles of our rival’s system.
