Store officer at First Synergi Homes Limited in Lekki, Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly structured and meticulous Store officer to supervise stock management, ensure precise document-keeping, and preserve smooth processes in our building stores.

Primary duties

• Accept, examine, and document materials, resources, and tools fulfilled to the on-site.
• Preserve precise inventory records, making sure prompt status reports on material usage and balance.
• Problem materials and resources to on-site staff upon demand, following organisation standardized processes.
• Carry out consistent inventory audits and resolve physical inventory with records.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
• Track and documentation low inventory levels for prompt replenishment.
• Work alongside procurement and project teams to meet material needs productively.

Qualifications

• OND/Higher national diploma/Bachelor's degree in Stock Chain, Business Management, or relevant field.
• At least 2–3 years of expertise as a store officer in the building/Production operations/Commerce industry.
• Competence in stock management.
• Robust corporate, quantitative, and document-keeping competencies.
• Honesty and reliability, responsibility, and meticulousness.
