Role summary

We are looking for highly proficient and inspired Telecommunication Engineers to join our agile team. The successful applicants will be in charge of the design, installation, setup, servicing & maintenance, and optimization of telecommunication operational structures and networks to guarantee smooth network access and dependable information exchange solutions.

Primary duties

• Design, execute, and preserve telecommunication operational structures (wired, wireless, and satellite).
• Carry out network setup, running test, and diagnosing issues to guarantee most effective effectiveness.
• Install and preserve fiber optics, microwave links, and associated structure.
• Track and evaluate network effectiveness, recognizing zones for advancement.
• Work alongside cross-operational teams on consolidation projects.
• Organize technical documentation, recordkeeping, and end-user guides.
• Guarantee adherence with industry guidelines and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or relevant field.
• 5 - 10 years related experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in telecommunication operational structures, network design, and structure.
• Solid understanding of fiber optics, GSM, VoIP, RF, and IP relationship building.
• Competence in using telecommunication and relationship building resources/software.
• Outstanding issue resolution and critical thinking.
• Clear expression and collaboration abilities.
• Specialist qualifications (e.g., Cisco certified network associate, CCNP, HCNA, etc.) is a plus.
