About the Position

We’re seeking a smart, structured, and implementation-attentive Event Support to join the Atinudah Notions team. This position is crucial to the success of every event, serving as a central business link between teams, vendors, and timelines. You will collaborate with Event Planners to execute all event logistics, oversee on-ground implementation, and make sure that every description is carried out to excellence, from set build to system failure. You’ll assist everything from venue synchronization, innovative execution, generation tracking, and vendor alignment to making sure day-of-event dispatch guidelines are fulfilled across all touchpoints. You must be highly cooperative, calm under pressure, adaptable, and intensely dedicated to supplying elite experiences, no matter the event size or type.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degee with 1–3 years of expertise in event assist, synchronization, generation logistics, or project implementation positions
• Expertise operating in cross-operational innovative environments (events, activations, and corporate identity launches).
• Outstanding corporate and verbal abilities, documented, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Capability to manage various projects at the same time while staying attentive and meticulous.
• Robust synchronization and schedule control competencies, you know how to “hold time” and get teams moving.
• Understanding with stock management, generation processes, or stock chain synchronization, and resources like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, or Monday.com for assignment tracking and status updates.
• A initiative -driven mentality, you don’t panic under pressure; you adjust and advance.
• Competence and polish when interacting with vendors, customers, and corporate identity associates.
