About the Position

We’re recruiting a multi-skilled, imaginative, and implementation-driven Idea Designer to join our Atinudah Notions team. In this position, you will produce and formulate bold, immersive event notions, operating from concise to deck to build. You’ll not only assist the Idea Head, you’ll actively support to idea production, formulate idea decks, work alongside cross-functional units, propose concepts to customers, and play a vital position in making sure your innovative perspective is technically viable and beautifully carried out. This is a hybrid innovative-technical position that blends narrative creation, spatial consciousness, corporate identity alignment, and generation thinking.

Trendspotting & Ideation:

Stay current on international developments in events, set design, graphics culture, and audience expertise. Constantly bring new data layouts, letters of recommendation, and unconventional thinking into the innovative process.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of expertise in event idea design, experiential innovative development, graphics narrative creation, or a similar position.
• A robust project sample of idea decks, moodboards, experiential creative thoughts, or immersive event designs.
• Robust competence in Pinterest, Canva, Adobe Innovative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma or Google Slides for deck building and cooperative graphics layout
• Strong insight of innovative narrative creation, spatial thinking, corporate identity beauty therapy, and material consciousness.
• Capability to own innovative implementation comprehensive under direction from the Idea Head.
• Outstanding documented and graphic messaging competencies, especially in deck formation and narrative creation.
• Readiness to work alongside cross-operationally and adjust rapidly across project types and team needs.
• Trust in demonstrating creative thoughts to customers, defending innovative decisions, and modifying to response.
