Role description

We are seeking an skilled Civil / structural engineer – Manager, project with a reliable track document of a minimum of 10 years in the building sector. The preferred candidate will have robust domain expertise in foundation and structural works, coupled with validated abilities in project organizing and team lead.

Primary duties

• Supervise the full lifecycle of civil building projects, from organizing through to finalization.
• Formulate project plans, allocate assets, and regulate expenses to guarantee prompt and financial plan-conforming implementation.
• Oversee in-field initiatives, especially those connected with foundation and structural operational structures.
• Head and train a team of 3–4 expatriate engineers, making sure efficient synchronization and productivity.
• Coordinate scheduled meetings with customers, advisors, and participants, offering clear and regular status reports.
• Verify that every work aligns with applicable technical guidelines, safety rules, and quality assurance standardized processes.

Credentials and Competencies

• Bsc in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of expertise in civil engineering project coordination.
• Nigeria's expertise is essential.
•  Solid experience in foundation and structural building works.
• Skilled in project scheduling systems and financial planning (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Outstanding executive guidance, interpersonal, and verbal abilities.
• Exhibited capability to oversee teams and interface with customer delegates.
