Overview

We are seeking a proficient and driven Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The preferred candidate will be innovative, dependable, and capable to supply premium quality breakfast dishes that meet our fine dining guidelines.

Duties

• Organize and show a broad selection of breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure uniformity, freshness, and quality in all meals served.
• Preserve cleanliness, hygiene, and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
• Work productively to meet service timelines.
• Work alongside the team to produce new breakfast menu creative thoughts.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor`s Academic qualification
• 2 - 5 years of demonstrated expertise as a Breakfast Cook or in a similar culinary position.
• Solid understanding of breakfast cuisine and plating styles.
• Capability to operate under pressure and preserve meticulousness.
• Outstanding schedule control and planning abilities.
• Culinary accreditation or applicable development is a plus.
