Job Description

We are looking for a in-depth knowledge and engagingComputing, Relationship building, and IT systems support Instructorto train basic-level and improved notions in IT support, relationship building, and IT assistance.
The preferred candidate will possess real-world expertise in IT and a enthusiasm for empowering learners with the competencies needed to thrive in tech assist positions.
You will supply practical guidance, promote student relation, and organize students for widely adopted qualifications.

Formulate and supply courses on processing, relationship building, and IT systems support, covering topics which includes:Operating operational structures (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Relationship building fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Hardware diagnosing issues and fix
IT systems support industry standards and client support
Cloud technical solutions and virtualization (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware)
Cybersecurity basics and IT adherence
Produce compelling, practical learning experiences that simulate real-world IT environments.
Organize students for qualifications which includes CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
Adjust instructional methods to meet the multifaceted needs of learners, which includes those with little or no prior technical expertise.
Offer personalized response and assist to assist students triumph academically and competently.
Work alongside teammates to guarantee course content aligns with industry guidelines and emerging technical solutions.
Stay informed on IT practices and integrate applicable improvement into the syllabus.

Interested applicants should have a Bsc
2 - 3 years demonstrated expertise in IT, relationship building, and/or IT assistance positions.
Solid understanding of relationship building notions, operating operational structures, and hardware/software diagnosing issues.
Applicable qualifications which includes CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco certified network associate, or equivalent.
Expertise training or training in a specialist or academic setting.
Clear articulation and people skills
Improved qualifications which includes CompTIA Guard+, Microsoft Accredited: Azure Admin, or AWS Accredited Enterprise solutions architect.
Expertise with training channels and resources (e.g., virtual labs, simulation software).
Understanding with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Expertise in emerging technical solutions like IoT, cloud processing, or cybersecurity.
