What You’ll Do

• Recognize and engage new commercial opportunities across various regions
• Build trust and long-term customer connections through advisory closing sales
• Confidently head exploratory phase calls, sales pitches, and talks
• Overcome client objections (pricing, trust, ROI) with competence and visual precision
• Formulate and oversee your own sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing
• Work alongside our international dispatch team to guarantee premium quality service and customer satisfaction
• Pursue avenues to upsell and expand customer accounts

What You’ll Bring

• Applicants should have a Bsc (necessary)
• Demonstrated expertise in international sales/business development
• Outstanding spoken and documented English, with the capability to adjust to different cultures and markets
• Robust people skills, business-related strategic insight, and adaptability
• Capability to operate independently and autonomously in a new venture environment
• Comprehension of digital promotion notions (SEO, Google Ads, social platforms, etc.) will be a significant advantage — development offered for those less well versed
• Must be capable to operate full-time in-field at our Lagos (Ikeja) workspace.
