As part of its aspiration to be the number one manufacturer of heavy responsibility vehicles in the world, it possesses set up its processes in Nigeria and is now looking for to hire an outstanding individual as the Service Manager.

Obligations and Duties

• Head a group of mechanics to guarantee productive servicing & maintenance of vehicles.
• Execute trouble shooting and diagnostics standardized process on vehicles and tools.
• Document observations and findings during diagnostics run and decide on the accurate method of fix, as necessary.
• Strategy and arrange Preventive Servicing & maintenance System (PMS) and assign specific duty to worried section/automotive technician.
• Practical oversight of all workshop initiatives, especially system problems.
• Projection and order spare parts for specific roles/special position or for stocks replenishment.
• Oversee and check in on actual advancement of each individual fix position.
• Offer on-the-position development in addition to mentoring and training to mechanics.
• Check in fix order, registering the time taken to finalize each assignment.
• In charge of the execution of HSEQ standard inside the workshop zone.
• Carry out concluding check/test pushing for all vehicles/trucks prior to release.
• Helps with the Interviewing and executes practical running test of technical candidates.
• Carry out yearly work assessment of all direct subordinates.

Qualifications

• Education: Ideally a graduate but not required.
• Work Expertise: You should have at least 5 years’ expertise top a workshop team.
• Expertise must be gained from heavy responsibility vehicles.
