Job Description

The Store officer will be in charge of the productive management of all food, beverage, and stock stock in the dining venue/social space.
This comprises receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking all inventory items while making sure precision, responsibility, and adherence with food safety guidelines.
The preferred candidate is meticulous, structured, and dedicated to assisting smooth dining venue processes.

Verify that every goods are stored in proper terms (temperature, shelf-life, FIFO – First In, First Out).
Examine goods for quality and documentation impaired/expired items at once.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and storage standard procedures.

Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administrator, or relevant field (preferred).
2-3 years of expertise
Demonstrated expertise as a Store officer, Inventory Supervisor, or similar position in the hospitality/dining venue sector.
Solid understanding of stock management and inventory-keeping standardized processes.
Basic accounting and document-keeping competencies.
Computer literacy (MS Excel, stock software).
Robust meticulousness, integrity, and planning abilities.
Capability to operate under pressure and deliver on time.
