Job Description

Formulate and execute store layout design plans that match with Montaigne Place’s corporate identity identity and assist sales targets.
Guarantee adherence with the planograms and merchandising guidelines offered by different work collaboratively brands while preserving Montaigne Place’s premium aesthetic.
Design and implement outlets’ layouts, window displays, and advertising setups to bring to attention highlighted goods, seasonal collections, and new launches.
Collaborate with corporate identity team, outlet manager, chief of in-store processes, and the promotion team to organize merchandising programs and advertising marketing.
Track and preserve the graphics visual communication of all stores, making sure that displays are refreshed routinely and remain in line with corporate identity and seasonal standard procedures.
Carry out consistent store visits to evaluate adherence with corporate identity merchandising qualifications and make necessary modifications.
Evaluate sales effectiveness data and client conduct to enhance product placement and improve graphics appeal.
Educate outlets employees on store layout design industry standards, corporate identity standard procedures, and product visual communication.
Oversee merchandising materials, props, and display fixtures to guarantee they are well-preserved and accessible for outlet status reports.

Bsc in Store layout design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, Promotion, or a relevant field.
2 - 4 years of expertise in store layout design, ideally in the beauty, premium experience in-store, or fashion industry.
Expertise operating with various brands and conforming to their individual merchandising standard procedures is highly preferred.
Previous expertise in fragrance and skincare merchandising is a plus.
