Direct Sales Agent at AMS Finance & Management Company Limited in Lagos

Position Overview

We are looking for vibrant, persuasive, and objective-oriented Direct Sales Agents to market and sell IPPIS Loans to federal government employees. The preferred applicants will be in charge of recognizing potential clients, building solid connections, and pushing loan product sales to attain allocated targets.

Primary duties

• Strongly advocate and sell the organization’s IPPIS loan goods to federal government employees on the IPPIS operational base.
• Recognize, potential opportunity, and onboard new clients through site promotion, client recommendations, and direct relation.
• Offer clients with precise information on loan terms, qualifications, and repayment plans.
• Mentor potential customers through the loan application process, making sure proper recordkeeping and adherence.
• Meet and exceed on a weekly basis and every month revenue goals.
• Preserve a DB of client engagements and send routine/on a weekly basis documentation to the Business development team Head.
• Build and sustain robust customer connections to motivate repeat business and client recommendations.
• Stay informed on rival loan goods, pricing, and market forces.

Qualifications

• At least OND / NCE; a Bsc is a plus.
• Proven sales expertise (expertise in loan sales, microfinance, or financial goods is highly preferred).
• Robust persuasion, bargain, and building relationship competencies.
• Clear articulation and people skills.
• Capability to operate independently with little oversight.
• Energetic, results-focused, and outcomes-oriented.
• Understanding with IPPIS operational base and federal government employee network is a plus.
