Sales Processes Evaluator at PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc in Ilupeju, Lagos

Position Objective

To offer comprehensive finance & administrative support process assist for the business development team, making sure prompt procurement, cost control, and reward processing. This will free the Sales Business operations manager to concentration on strategic business evaluation and KPI supervising, ultimately optimizing sales effectiveness and income dispatch.

Primary duties

• Organize and process Buy Requisitions (PRs) for the business development team.
• Increase and process IOUs for sales-associated expenditures.
• Oversee expenditure retirement and ensure settlement against authorized financial plans.
• Organize project setup and processing of SSF salaries and rewards for the business development team.
• Preserve precise records of all sales-associated financial financial record.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and other internal teams to guarantee prompt implementation of requests.
• Track and documentation on the status of PRs, IOUs, and retirements to guarantee adherence.
• Offer managerial assist for other business needs of the business development team as necessary.

Credentials & Competencies

• Bsc in any discipline.
• Robust meticulousness and outstanding planning abilities.
• Good expertise in Excel spreadsheet software and basic computer competencies.
• Capability to operate to due dates in a dynamic environment.
• Clear expression and people skills.

Agreement conditions:

One-year sustainable agreement. Employee evaluation at agreement extension.
