Job Description

Helping with the loading and unloading of organisation’s merchandize to guarantee they are managed carefully to prevent loss.
Executing standard procedure checks on the vehicle, which includes supervising fuel levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and making sure the vehicle is clean and in good operating requirement. Status updates any concerns or necessary repairs.
Conforming to all traffic legal provisions and organisation rules while discharging obligations.
Making sure the safety and protection of merchandize and employees entrusted by pushing carefully to avoid accidents and vehicle loss. Strategy and ply the top-performing and secured routes for making dispatch.
Guarantee promptness transmission of organisation’s goods, and as well ensure to properly lock the vehicle when not in use.
Identify and documentation any accident, injury, loss of organisation’s vehicle, electrical, mechanical and other faults as recognized to the management.
Ensure to obtain all lawful recordkeeping connected to the implementation of your routine obligations which includes drivers permit, etc.
Make sure that allocated vehicle is used for approved tasks and is in good operating requirement.
Periodic checks on vehicle papers and making sure they are current.
Execute all other obligations as may be specified and allocated by the management.
