Process Change In-Charge at African Natural Resources and Mines Limited in Kaduna

Position Overview

To supervise and organize all plant processes during the allocated change, making sure safe, productive, and uninterrupted generation while meeting quality, safety, and effectiveness guidelines.

Primary duties

• Oversee and direct change processes across all sections of the plant (e.g., crushing, screening, articulating, processing).
• Track generation targets, process parameters, and tools effectiveness.
• Assign duty to operators and guarantee alignment to standard operating standardized processes (SOPs).
• Take action promptly to business concerns, breakdowns, or process deviations, managing with servicing & maintenance teams as needed.
• Preserve precise change data records, generation documentation, and ensure proper handover to the next change.
• Ensure adherence to discipline, good room maintenance services, and proper use of tools and assets.
• Assist begin-up, shutdown, and crisis standardized processes as necessary.

Credentials

• Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or associated Engineering site.
• At least 5–7 years’ expertise in plant or mining processes, with a minimum of 2–3 years in a leadership or change executive function.
• Solid understanding of plant methods and tools (crushers, conveyors, pumps, screens, etc.).
• Understanding with change processes, generation supervising, and regulatory adherence.
