Position Overview

Work tasks

• Work alongside the Chief of Plan to develop and enhance the organization's entire strategic aspiration, targets, and targets. 
• Support to the formation of long-term strategies and programs to role the company for long-term development. 
• Carry out complete market analysis and rival evaluation to recognize emerging practices, avenues, and possibility risks. 
• Offer strategic findings to assist strategic judgment methods. Supervise the tracking and assessment of key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) and strategic targets. 
• Constantly interpret data to evaluate the performance of executed plans and endorse modifications as needed.
• Formulate on a weekly basis effectiveness tracker for all branches and SBU's; Mid-month documentation, on a weekly basis earnings documentation, etc. Offer consultative service to line management and supervisors regarding carrying out on their targets Head and oversee strategic projects, making sure successful implementation within established timelines and financial plans. 
• Work alongside cross-operational teams to lead resulting deliverables and ensure alignment with strategic targets Formulate and show spoken communication and documented documentation, demonstrations, and informal response to line management and supervisors on applicable concerns. 
• Advise line managers on effectiveness, assessment process and the need to link effectiveness mgt skiII to assist advancement throughout the company. 
• Delivers internal guidance and assist to all levels of the company on the quality of economic evaluation, structured approaches and frameworks on Key concerns. 
• Executes evaluation of regulatory framework proposals with macroeconomic implications Observes and interprets ongoing economic progress updates and domestic financial and monetary regulatory framework Evaluates economic terms and regulatory framework programs of key trading associates Makes projections of the economic outlook; and evaluation key economic regulatory framework progress updates Ensures industry standard in economic development analysis methods and technical solutions to formulate all goods and solutions 
• Carry out economic evaluation applicable to business and regulatory framework concerns in the company Oversee and train plan department team members.

Qualifications

• Effective guidance and team leadership abilities, with a track document of leading and conceptualizing top-performing teams Exceptional logical and issue resolution abilities, with a sharp perception for description and the capability to convert data into practical findings.
