Role summary

We are looking for a proficient, driven,and dependable residential cook to organize premium quality meals. the preferred candidate should possess a talent for African and continental cousin, an eye for visual communication, and the capability to produce customized monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning strategy based on dietary needs and family preferences.

Duties

• Strategy and organize routine meals (breakfast,lunch, dinner and snacks when needed)
• Preserve cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times.
• Shop for groceries and oversee kitchen stock.
• Cater to dietary restrictions, allergies and special request.
• Produce seasonal menus and suggest new recipes.
• Guarantee promptness monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning project setup and serving.
• Occasionally help with organizing guests and events.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have an NCE / Higher national diploma with 3 - 5 years applicable professional background.
• Demonstrated expertise as a cook
• Outstanding expertise in food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Capability to organize a variety of dishes (local and international)
• Trustworthy,discreet and respectful of household confidentiality
• Robust corporate and schedule control competencies.
• Must be adaptable and flexible to timetable.
