Strategic collaborations Organizer at Danish Refugee Council (DRC) in Abuja

Objective

Danish Refugee Council is at present seeking a Collaboration Organizer in Nigeria under the oversight of the Aid offerings Manager (SSM). The Strategic collaborations Organizer will strengthen DRC Nigeria’s relation with national Nonprofit organizations and CSOs by joining program collaboration development with practical aid offerings capacity strengthening (Finance, Human resources, Logistics and Management). The postholder will head work collaboratively mapping, selection and due diligence; design and supply capacity evaluations and tailored capacity-development strategies; offer ongoing grant- and adherence-associated assist to associates; and collaborate with DRC technical and assist teams to combine strengthened assist operational structures into program dispatch. This position will be based in Abuja and requires comprehensive commute to site workspaces and work collaboratively sites.

Site Assist:

• Carry out site visits for oversight, supervising and mentoring.
• Record lessons learned and evidence of effect.
• Offer status updates inputs as needed.

Team lead:

Offer practical learning as much as necessary and adjust development sessions/mentoring to specific employees needs inside the strategic collaborations.

Remuneration and terms will be in accordance with the DRC National remuneration framework. This is legally a national role for which local Nigerian terms and terms submit application.
