Job Description

We are looking for a very driven and outcomes-oriented Sales officer to join our growing team.
This position is critical in pushing income increase, securing joint initiative strategic collaborations, and closing various real estate agreements in the premium experience housing market.
The preferred candidate will possess a established history in high-value sales and robust industry linkages within Lagos.

Accomplish at least 5 real estate sales monthly (flats, terraces, maisonettes, semi-disengaged, and disengaged houses).
Recognize and certify high-value directs in the premium housing market.
Carry out real estate demonstrations, viewings, and follow-ups.
Bargain agreements, organize proposals, and supervise agreement signings.
Secure and oversee lucrative joint-initiative strategic collaborations.
Preserve and modify CRM with precise sales pipeline data.
Offer periodic sales projections and effectiveness documentation.
Stay informed on industry trends, rival activity, and pricing benchmarks.

Interested applicants should have a Bsc
At least 3–5 years’ expertise in property sales or real estate financial funding (not junior).
Documented performance of closing high-value real estate sales every month.
Robust expertise in procurement and closing joint initiative agreements.
Clear articulation, bargain, and transaction-closing competencies.
Capability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Well-linked inside the Lagos property industry.
Outcomes-driven, initiative-driven, and strategic thinker.
