Air Compressor Handler at Honeywell - Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Apapa, Lagos

Position Explanation

To assist the processes, supervising and servicing & maintenance of all Air compressors and Dryers for productive dispatch of good quality compressed air for generation while coordinating with with Support Utility Manager and supporting participants in HFMP Tin Can.

Duties

• Process and supervising of Air Compressors and Dryers.
• Carry out routine pre-change checks on Air Compressors, Dryers, Air Vessels, Line filters and Auto Drains.
• Implement the organized standard procedure or preventive servicing & maintenance of Air Compressors and Dryers in line with defined checklist.
• Routine data recording of Air Compressor and Dryer operating parameters and drafting of daily update of initiatives.
• Track and ensure adequate inventory of consumables for Air Compressors and Dryers in Engineering Store to avoid stockout.
• Work alongside AMC vendor deputizing staff to carry out servicing & maintenance initiatives.
• Ensure good room maintenance services on all Air Compressors, Dryers and the tools environment.

Qualifications

At least Trade Test II or OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. At least three years of expertise.

The Person Must:

• Possess a good verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Have solid understanding of air compressors, dryers, air vessels, line filters, and auto drains.
• Show robust safety consciousness and compliance to office safety guidelines.
• Be skilled in preserving precise routine business data records and documentation.
