Position Overview

Duties

• Act as the primary technical and business-related point of reach out for Weatherford's Liner Hanger and Cementation product lines in the allocated territory.
• Formulate and preserve solid connections with key customers in the Nigerian petroleum sector sector, which includes IOCs (International Oil Companies) and local operators.
• Organize thorough technical proposals, demonstrations, and budget forecasts for liner hanger and cementation solutions.
• Carry out technical demonstrations to customers highlighting the capabilities, perks, and applications of Weatherford's liner hanger operational structures and cementation technical solutions.
• Work alongside processes teams to guarantee successful position implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Offer IT assistance during pre-position organizing, implementation, and post-position evaluation.
• Evaluate well terms and endorse suitable liner hanger operational structures and cementation initiatives.
• Recognize new commercial opportunities and formulate plans to capture market distribute.
• Track rival initiatives and offer market intelligence for executive review.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers regarding well design and finalization plans.
• Carry out technical development for customers and internal teams on liner hanger and cementation technical solutions.
• Work alongside worldwide product line teams to introduce new technical solutions to the Nigerian market.
• Preserve precise records of customer engagements, sales initiatives, and technical discussions in the organization's CRM system.

Credentials

• Bsc in Petroleum engineer, Mechanical Engineering, or associated technical site.
• At least 5-7 years of expertise in the petroleum sector industry, with a minimum of 3 years particularly in liner hanger processes and/or cementation solutions.
• Proven domain expertise of downhole finalization resources, especially liner hanger operational structures and cementation tools.
• Comprehension of well building principles, downhole terms, and finalization methods.
• Expertise with Weatherford's liner hanger product lines (which includes TruForm™, MetalSkin®, or SwageHanger™) is highly preferred.
• Understanding with cementation methods, cement slurry design, and cementing tools.
• Robust technical sales profile with exhibited success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Outstanding visual communication and verbal abilities, with the capability to clarify sophisticated technical notions to multifaceted target groups.
• Expertise operating in the Nigerian petroleum sector market is desirable.
• Readiness to commute extensively within Nigeria and occasionally internationally.
• Competence in Office productivity software applications and understanding with CRM operational structures.
