Job Description

Help in the project setup and structured of materials for food generation
Organize all hot dishes according to recipes, safety standard procedures and guidelines set by the Executive Cook
Help in project setup of hot dishes following specified recipes and return advisors
Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of operating zone in line food hygiene and safety standard procedures
Guarantee adherence with specific project setup directions for each recipe and food safety and hygiene standard procedures
Carry out all project setup and storage of food out under suitable requirement and temperature
Cover, label and store decanted goods and cling film, color code and properly store all processed/chilled goods
Actively engage to learn, document and transmit our culinary competencies and recipes to entry-level chefs
Practice proper grooming, personal hygiene, and use safety tools
Adherence with all organisation guidelines, food safety qualifications, HSE standardized processes
Execute other obligations as allocated by the CDP, Cook -in- Charge and Executive Cook

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary or associated fields
At least 5 years’ operating expertise in cooking/culinary or associated departments
Practical understanding of the fundamentals of cooking
Practical understanding of kitchen technical resources
Accessibility to operate in diverse changes, which includes weekends and holidays
Practical understanding of food safety practice and standardized process
Clear communication competencies.
