Primary duties

• Oversee comprehensive shipments, making sure prompt and conforming dispatch.
• Manage all customs and compliance-related recordkeeping (Form M, Letters of Credit, PAAR, SONCAP, NAFDAC, etc.).
• Serve as the primary customer reach out, translating logistics methods into clear, customer-friendly information exchange.
• Build solid connections with Customs, SON, NAFDAC, and other authorities.
• Lead enhancements in analytics platforms (dashboards, trackers, etc.).
• Ensure 100% compliance to trade adherence guidelines.

 What We’re Seeking

• Bachelor's degree / Higher national diploma in Stock Chain, Logistics, Business, or a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ expertise in international trade, logistics, or stock chain (3PL/shipping expertise will be an added advantage).
• Robust customer connection management and verbal abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise with Nigeria Customs methods & legal adherence.
• Competence in MS Workspace (Excel & PowerPoint is essential; Power BI/Tableau will be an added advantage).
• Assured in compelling participants and advocating the organization externally.
