Position Overview

In charge of plant process and process regulate of the kilns, unedited mills, cement mills and coal mills. Synchronization, oversight and development of all other ccr operators.

Duty & Duties

• Carrying out the process, in the change, of Unedited Mill, Kiln, Cement & Coal Mills and auxiliaries’ tools from the Central Regulate Guest accommodation (CCR)
• Mentoring and development of newly employed CCR operators to implement business programs for rising generation and reducing cost of generation.
• Co-ordination of autonomous servicing & maintenance with the assist of change patrollers to attain the targeted accessibility of plant for generation of unedited monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning, clinker and cement.
• Trouble shooting business challenges and taking actions to guarantee sustained running of the tools.
• Delivering most effective fuel effectiveness, power usage and staff utilization.
• Ensure Execution of ISO Operational structures and Safety Guidelines in Generation Department.
• Making sure that the quality of the product going out from his department adheres with internal quality requirements.
• Evaluating self-improvement needs and taking action on advancement zones recognized.
• Relieves other Kiln CCR handler when off duty.
• Additional obligations as allocated by the Management

Qualifications

Applicants should have a bachelor's in engineering / Higher national diploma in Chemical Engineering. Must possess 2-9 years of Cement Plant expertise.
