Initiatives
- The post holder is in charge of pre-honor project setup, bargain, honor and supervising the management of Agreements for works/goods/solutions in such a manner as to guarantee the organization’s best business-related interests are both served and protected, while supervising applicable markets and assisting vendor results tracking.

- Actively support to the 3C programme by dispatch of expenses savings without compromising safety or quality.
- Offer initiative-driven and prompt guidance and assist to within and outside the organization participants in all matters concerning Agreements & Procurement, which includes operating as a ‘Duet’ with the technical counterpart to advance efficient agreement organizing, management and effectiveness.
- Utilise authorized standard agreement recordkeeping and guarantee adherence with standard negotiating principles during talks.
- Adhere with all relevant Stock Chain regulations, relevant procurement legal provisions, compliance and process.
- Make sure that vendor / supplier selection is carried out in accordance with Organisation qualifications and Adherence Programme and that safety and ecological evaluations are part of the selection process.
- Minimize project risk through pro-active management and bargain of binding disputes. Assist settlement of requests, in conjunction with top level management and Lawful, by proposing plans and actions and by engaging in talks.
- Support to the process of ongoing development, which includes involvement in and advancement of Lean programs and adoption and exchanging of industry standard.
- Organize and Show (where necessary) Agreements Board demonstrations.
- Show personal dedication to the HSEQ Regulatory framework and actively engage in Organisation safety consciousness and plan schemes.
- Preserve consciousness of and guarantee adherence with supporting Statutory and Organisation HSEQ guidelines.
- Productively and productively use all Stock Chain Resources (SAP, E-Procurement, AGORA, Etc.) to guarantee all necessary information is accessible without delay and fully auditable.

Applicant background
- A academic qualification in Engineering, Management or Community-related Sciences (ideally Stock Chain)
- Membership of applicable specialist bodies in the Stock Chain and in Business processes is a plus.
- 1 - 5 years’ expertise in oil well building initiatives of which 3 should be in agreement management.
- Demonstrable general expertise and comprehension of business-related, lawful and coverage concerns affecting the organization in general.
- Proficient in English language and clear articulation competencies.
