Role summary

An Support Head Engineer is in charge of all servicing & maintenance concerns inside the hotel to supply an outstanding Visitor and Member expertise while executing routine checks, repairing tools, and managing renovation projects.

What will I be doing?

• As an Support Head Engineer, you will be in charge of all servicing & maintenance concerns inside the hotel, routine, servicing & maintenance checks, and repairing mechanical tools to supply an outstanding Visitor and Member expertise. An Support Head Engineer will also be necessary to organize renovation projects and formulate crisis programs. Particularly, you will be in charge of executing the items listed duty to the highest guidelines:
• In charge of servicing & maintenance concerns inside the hotel
• Execute routine checks around the hotel
• Carry out lift crisis release standardized processes as necessary
• Diagnose, preserve, and fix mechanical tools inside the hotel
• Ensure strong partnerships are built with within and outside the organization clients
• Servicing & maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to guarantee they are in safe requirement and take action when any unsafe conditions arise
• Formulate, execute, and direct all crisis programs
• Formulate, execute and oversee energy conservation programs for the real estate to reduce expenditures
• Organize renovation offering, establish the cost and scope of the project, and supervise the general vendor and subcontractors to guarantee quality work is carried out cost-productively
• Execute special projects and other duties as allocated
• In charge of the workplace safety and wellness of the hotel
• Ensure every month safety inspections take place and employees are prepared as appropriate
