Role summary

The Cook will be accountable for managing all kitchen processes, making sure the project setup of premium quality meals, preserving food guidelines, and top the kitchen team in providing outstanding client experiences. Primary duties

• Strategize organize, and show meals in line with authorized recipes, quality benchmarks, and client preferences.
• Oversee and organize the initiatives of kitchen employees to guarantee smooth day-to-day activities.
• Produce and modify menus, combining seasonal ingredients and cost-efficient recipes.
• Track stock, order inventory, and reduce food wastage.
• Guarantee adherence with food safety, hygiene, and health rules.
• Educate, train, and formulate kitchen team members to preserve strong results.
• Work alongside management on pricing, special events, and campaigns.
• Preserve cleanliness and company of the kitchen at all times.
• Regulate food expenses and portion sizes while making sure regular quality.
• Stay informed on culinary practices to introduce creative dishes.
