Job Description

They are looking for a initiative-driven and skilled Sales Manager to head and organize their team of Sales Canvassers
The Sales Manager will supervise the routine initiatives of sales canvassers, lead sales increase, and ensure the accomplishment of targets.
The position requires effective guidance, planning abilities, and the capability to motivate a site business development team.

Oversee and organize the initiatives of sales canvassers.
Educate, train, and motivate canvassers to attain routine/on a weekly basis revenue goals.
Formulate plans to penetrate new markets and grow clientele.
Oversee staff effectiveness and offer consistent documentation for executive review.
Accompany canvassers in the site to offer direction and assist.
Ensure proper allocation of promotional assets and product information.
Build and preserve solid connections with customers (mechanics, retailers, transport companies, etc.).
Collect market intelligence and rival initiatives to enhance sales plan.

OND/Higher national diploma/Bsc in Promotion, Business Management, or relevant field.
Demonstrated expertise in sales oversight, ideally in FMCG, lubricants, or automotive goods.
Effective guidance and team leadership abilities.
Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
Results-focused with a enthusiasm for sales increase.
Capability to operate in the site and commute as necessary.
