Job Description

Help in supplying premium quality Pilates classes, making sure a safe and encouraging atmosphere for participants
Formulate personalized workout strategies for customers, contemplating their individual targets and fitness levels
Offer direction and modifications for exercises to accommodate various abilities and injuries
Promote a welcoming atmosphere that promotes customer interaction and retention
Constantly request input and engage in career advancement avenues to improve training competencies
Verbal screening of participants, making sure that they are medically cleared of any health challengesthat outweightheir objective and targets
Work alongside top level instructors to improve class offerings and enhance entire customer expertise

Bachelor's degree in Physical Health Education or any associated course
3-5years expertise in the same position especially in the fitness industry
Accreditation in Pilates guidance is an added advantge
Basic comprehension of anatomy and physiology as it concerns movement
Robust people skills and a enthusiasm for fitness and well-being
Previous expertise in a fitness or wellness environment
Expertise in other fitness modalities (e.g., yoga, power development) will be an added advantage
Competence in using Pilates tools (e.g., reformers, barrels, mats)
Basic expertise in fitness evaluation resources and customer management software
Clear articulation competencies, with an capability to motivate and motivate customers
Robust planning abilities and the capability to oversee various duties
A positive mindset and a dedication to nurturing a helpful group
