Position Objective

To formulate, execute, and oversee efficient, best-in-class operational structures for the efficient management of supplier connections and interfaces with Food Notions.

Risk and Cost Management:

• Execute risk mitigation strategy for a stock agreement.
• Examine and test current agreements.
• Ensure a clear audit trail, process transparency, and visual precision of positions of individual parties in the Procurement process.
• Key Effectiveness Indicators:
• Quality of business suppliers.
• Procurement turnaround time.
• Quality of goods/solutions procured.
• Quality of risk mitigation strategy/prevention of threat level in the procurement methods.

Expertise:

Work: 2 years (Preferred)

Expertise Qualifications:

• Expertise in Stock Management.
• Expertise in Cost management.
• Expertise in relevant legislation, in addition to rules and standardized processes.
• Displays competence in Procurement management.

Position Requirements:

• A good first academic qualification in community-related/management/physical sciences.
• Membership of the CIPS, CILS, CILCS, CISCOM, Lean Six Sigma, or any other associated specialist certification is a plus.
• At least 2 years’ expertise in a similar position, especially in the QSR/Food Industry sector.
