Position Overview

  • As the Top level HR Officer, you will play a vital function in coordinating and monitoring the Human resources processes of the organization.
  • You will be in charge of conceptualizing and executing Human resources plans, coordinating workplace engagement, making sure adherence with work legal provisions, and nurturing a positive office culture.
  • This position requires a initiative-driven and skilled Human resources specialist with effective guidance competencies and a strong insight of Human resources industry standards in the FMCG industry.

Primary duties

  • Formulate and execute Human resources rules and standardized processes in line with organisation targets.
  • Oversee the hiring process and selection process, making sure the right skilled is employed.
  • Supervise workplace engagement, which includes managing employee concerns, disputes, and corrective measures.
  • Guarantee adherence with local work legal provisions and rules.
  • Organize and oversee work assessment operational structures and offer strategic guidance for enhancements.
  • Head employee relation programs to advance a positive work environment.

Credentials

  • Bsc in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5-7 years of Human resources expertise, with a minimum of 3 years in a top level Human resources position inside the FMCG sector.
  • Solid understanding of work legal provisions, Human resources industry standards, and adherence qualifications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coordinating workplace engagement and managing sophisticated Human resources concerns.
  • Outstanding executive guidance and team lead competencies.
  • Robust interpersonal and verbal abilities.
  • Capability to operate productively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Human resources accreditation (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
