Role summary

We are looking for structured, hardworking, and in charge individuals to join our growing team. Your primary goal will be to process buy requisition, guarantee promptness stock/dispatch of items.

Duties

• Process buy requisitions from sites/workspace/workshop
• Ensures the on-time completion of materials and tools at the lowest possible cost
• Engages in the selection of suppliers based on a evaluation benchmarks
• Executes a comparative evaluation on supplier prices
• Assessments and analyzes the effectiveness of the suppliers
• Methods the necessary clearance documents
• Closely coordinating with with the clearing agents
• Ensures the proper management of procurement department processes in the absence of the Chief of department
• Carries out all necessary procurement initiatives
• Confirms that the necessary order is inside the accepted financial plan
• Arranges the Dispatch officers when processing the orders
• Sends concluding bills to the Finance and Accounts Department
• Organize, preserve, and evaluate buying files, documentation and price lists.
• Send consistent documentation of market survey for executive review
• Preserve expertise in all corporate and governmental regulations affecting buys, and offer details about these regulations to company employees members and to vendors.

Qualifications

• At least 2nd Class upper Academic qualification in Accounts or any Community-related Science discipline
• At least 2 years’ expertise
• Outstanding expertise in Microsoft suite (Word and Excel).
• Improved IT competencies which includes comprehensive expertise in Tally Software.
