Position Overview

To offer client support assist for employees and the wage processing team, concentrating on dealing with wage processing service issues, outcomes and response to employees and status updates on associated questions.

Duties

• Responding employee questions connected with wage processing, clarifying proceses, fixing problems, and making sure a positive employee expertise. 
• Preserving precise employee records, updating information like remuneration modifications, perks, and tax withholdings
• Making sure compliance to applicable work legal provisions, tax rules, and organisation rules.
• Collecting and checking employee timesheets, entering data into the wage processing system, calculating wages and conclusions.

Qualifications

At least OND in Accounting, Business Management, HR, or a relevant field preferred. At least 1–2 years of related experience in wage processing processing, Human resources management, or client support, ideally in a corporate environment.

The Person Must:

• Possess a good verbal and professional writing competencies.
• Possess good people skills and stakeholder engagement comprehension
• Have outstanding quantitative and critical thinking to guarantee precise calculations of concluding settlements.
• Possess competence in wage processing operational structures, HRIS, and Excel spreadsheet software (or other data governance resources).
• Be capable to operate jointly with Human resources, Finance, and other departments to guarantee smooth off boarding.
• Show good issue resolution and workflow optimization competencies for recognizing inefficiencies and suggesting better approaches.
