Position Overview

As a Construction engineer, you will play a vital position in making sure the successful execution of building projects, operating closely with the Project supervisor as your direct direct supervisor.

Duties

• Explicitly execute project designs and building works timetable as ordered by the Project coordinator for project coordination and synchronization.
• Guarantee alignment to the authorized designs and timeline throughout the building process.
• Take charge of managing the initiatives of bricklayers, laborers, and all ad hoc employees allocated to your projects.
• Preserve clear communication and partnership with project team members to guarantee project goals are fulfilled.
• Collaborate with the Project coordinator, Adminstrative assistant, and external structural/quality assurance team (advisors) to guarantee conformity with the organization's guidelines and offerings to our subscribers.
• Support to the execution of DreamCity Real estate and Financial funding Ltd's building regulatory framework.
• Make sure that building works match with project designs and requirements, without errors or variations.
• Execute the organization's project checklist to preserve standards guarantee throughout the building process.
• Enhance the utilization of financial assets and materials assigned for on-site use.
• Assume accountability for minimizing wastage in-field and be held responsible for asset coordination.

Qualifications

• Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bsc in any applicable field
• At least 5 years of related experience as a On-site Civil engineer in the property and real estate building industry.
• Applicable teaching credentials in Engineering which includes structural engineering or a relevant field.
• A member of a professional body, which includes COREN, NSE, or equivalent, is essential.
• Solid understanding and comprehension of building procedures, project coordination, and quality assurance.
• Competence in reading and interpreting project designs and requirements.
• Outstanding corporate and synchronization competencies to guarantee smooth project implementation.
• Clear expression and people skills are necessary to work alongside productively with project participants.
• Capability to operate under pressure and meet project due dates.
