The technical advisors will offer time-bound, results-attentive IT assistance to enhance government-guided dispatch of HIV care and treatment in ECEWS ACE 5 helped states, in partnership with the project executive guidance across various thematic Zones

Thematic Zones:

• Strategic Information (SI)
• HIV Care & Treatment (PCT)
• PMTCT & Pediatric medicine (AP3)
• Supply chain and logistics Chain
• Laboratory Solutions
• TB/HIV

Targets

• Enhance data accuracy, thoroughness, timeliness, and use across channels.
• Enhance clinical cascade effectiveness.
• Lead uptake and quality of maternal–infant solutions.
• Strengthen final-mile accessibility of vital products, which includes requisition/status updates flows
• Enhance certification-preparedness of project-helped laboratories
• Ensure consolidation of TB/HIV solutions across continuum of care.

TB/HIV: Key Duty:

Work alongside the government of Nigeria (MOH, NTBLCP, NACA) to lead maintainable initiatives supporting government ownership of TB/HIV interventions. Recognize technical capacity differences among programme employees, facility teams, and participants, and formulate targeted guidance and development strategies.

Anticipated results:

• Upgraded finance Management and internal regulate structure and standardized processes.
• Examined rules and standardized processes with adequate regulates and protections in place
• Development of risk mitigation strategy and risk reduction plans
• Upgraded HR and resource control operational structures

Credentials and Expertise

• Postgraduate degree (MPH, PhD, Fellowships) in community health and associated disciplines
• 8–12+ years’ progressive expertise in PEPFAR HIV programs in Nigeria.
• Exhibited success in thematic zone
• Robust training and government/work collaboratively synchronization expertise.
