Effectiveness and Precision:

A data facilitator will significantly support to preserving the precision and quality of our data-associated methods. Their competence in managing sophisticated data sets will ensure productive and error-free results.

Goal Viewpoint:

An external facilitator brings a fresh viewpoint and impartial findings into our data governance procedures, presenting creative strategies and industry standards.

Outputs

• IT assistance for evidence production, M&E and HIS strengthening for the National EOC and State EOCs.
• Assist SIA marketing- both polio and Non-polio SIAs. Evaluation of post-marketing data for strategic judgment (IM, LQAS, Tally sheet, Redo/NC data) and preserve DB for individualized missed children’s data.
• Technically assist Risk Information exchange and Requirement Production (RCDG) and Data team operating group in the NEOC for data collection, evaluation, and status updates.
• Send On a weekly basis information exchange response, ANC & RI overview from VCM settlements and provide input with national and state teams.
• Structured a minimum of two capacity development development for the state team on data governance and status updates.
• Track and documentation UNICEF SF, LGAF and Ward supervisors’ involvement during SIAs, instantaneous supervising and entry of ODK documentation.
• Technically assist managing bodies like SEMCHIC and SERICC in data evaluation and visualization (granular evaluation of DHIS2 data to recognize underachieving LGAs/Wards/HFs).

Language skill:

Fluency in English as a operating language. Expertise in another UN language an asset.

Work Expertise:

5 years of related experience.
