Greet and welcome clients.
Oversee point-of-sale methods, picking, and billing.
Conceptualizing and sustaining long-lasting connections with clients.
Offer clients with information about goods.
Ensure high levels of client fulfillment through outstanding sales service.
Conceptualizing deep understanding of organisation goods.
Responding clients' questions and escalating sophisticated concerns to the applicable departments as needed.
Oversee clients' accounts and build long-term connections.
Preserving an precise document of all sales, client assignments, and client service issues.
Ring up buys.
Follow the organization's rules and standardized processes.

OND, Higher national diploma, Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of work expertise in sales, client rep in pharmacy or in-store.
Computer literate.
Goodverbal and verbal abilities.
Exceptional client support competencies.
