Position Overview

The Entry-level Digital marketing specialist will be in charge of coordinating our digital channels with a concentration on content drafting, social platforms management, and public involvement. The preferred candidate is innovative, meticulous, and competent of translating corporate identity targets into influential online plans that promote relation and growth.

Primary duties

• Formulate compelling and well-organized content (captions, blog posts, social platforms status reports, bulletins) that aligns with corporate identity tone and targets.
• Oversee and grow organisation social platforms pages (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), making sure regular corporate identity presence.
• Track, moderate, and actively engage with online networks to strengthen client connections and build brand commitment.
• Strategy and timetable online posts using applicable resources to guarantee timeliness and uniformity.
• Track, evaluate, and documentation key indicators (reach, relation, switches) and endorse enhancements.
• Assist digital promotional initiatives, which includes paid marketing, influencer alliances, and advertising initiatives.
• Analysis market trends and rival initiatives to produce fresh content creative thoughts.
• Collaborate with the promotion team to implement plans that lead visibility, relation, and switches.
• Stay current with industry standards, emerging channels, and practices in social platforms and digital promotion.

Qualifications & Credentials

• Bsc in Promotion, Mass Information exchange, English, or a relevant field (preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in content drafting, social platforms management, and group management.
• Finalization of digital promotion courses or qualifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) is a robust advantage.
• Clear articulation, drafting, and editing competencies with a artistic touch.
• Deep knowledge of social platforms channels, algorithms, and audience relation plans.
• Task juggling skill, organize schedule productively, and work with little to no supervision while partnering with a team.
• Strong motivation for uninterrupted learning and advancement in digital promotion.
