Organizing Engineer at Catalyst Path Consulting in Gujeni, Kaduna

Audit & Adherence:

• Preserve audit-prepared data and documentation for store and stock initiatives.
• Organize with central store for every quarter, half-annually, and yearly audits.
• Carry out physical confirmation of inventories as necessary.
• Execute inventory settlement between physical and Navision records, making sure precision of MIS.

MIS & Status updates:

• Produce and preserve MIS documentation for mechanical reliability using Navision.
• Execute data evaluation to track tools accessibility and recognize differences.
• Offer practical findings for executive review for optimizing servicing & maintenance organizing.

Qualifications

Bsc or Certification in Mechanical Engineering. Total related experience: 7+ years (which includes at least qualifications stated above).

Core Operational Expertise:

• At least 2 years’ expertise evaluating technical drawings and getting ready material and budget forecasts.
• At least 2 years’ expertise in stock management and indigenous development/management of spares.
• A minimum of 5 years’ expertise as a Organizing Engineer (ideally in spare parts organizing) within a large production operations plant or pellet plant.

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Solid understanding of stock and spare parts management in a production operations environment.
• Competence in Navision or other Enterprise platform planning operational structures.
• Outstanding logical and analytical abilities.
• Robust corporate and status updates competencies.
• Capability to work alongside productively with cross-operational teams.
